Randomania #3... this time, IT'S FOR REAL!!!!! I mean... IT'S SHOOT!!!

Coming back stronger than Gillberg, it's (*80's Vince McMahon voice*) RANDOMANIA 3!  Sorry about my absence last week, but I was too discouraged to write after the "Cancel" incident, then news happened that totally ruined a huge part of my rantings, so I decided to say "F it."  Hey. it's better than "Get the F Out."

Today, I want to focus on one of the most compelling angles I have seen in a very long time: Chris Jericho's systematic slandering of the Hall of Famers.  I have to admit, I love it.  So much so, I hope that Mickey Rourke continues to Nancy Reagen (as in "Just Say No!") the WWE.  At the very most, maybe have Rourke be in the corner of whoever Jericho ends up fighting at Wrestlemania.  Y2J has just been so diabolical, and the legends have been giving heart-wrenching promos, especially Roddy Piper and Ricky Steamboat.  I think what also makes this even more appealing is that it almost seems shoot (kayfabe for "for real"), with Chris mocking Steamboat's best-forgotten stint in the World Wrestling Federation (the one where he dressed like a dragon and breathed fire) and other comments made by the HOF'ers themselves.  I honestly look forward to Jericho's segments every week.  So, if not Rourke, any guesses as to who Y2J will face at 'Mania?  My top guess is Steve Austin, because, A) Jim Ross made some pretty revealing hints recently on his blog, B) Austin himself said if he got in the ring again, Jericho would be one of the only people he'd trust, and C) they always do something with that year's HOF inductee(s) at the Grandaddy of them All.  Hulk Hogan would be my close second.

Speaking of which... MICK3Y R0URK3 WUZ R0BB3D!!!1!!1!!  Nah, actually, Sean Penn is a brilliant actor, who, like Rourke, has been overshadowed in the past due to his "personal demons" (i.e. drugs, alcohol, etc.).  Plus Golden Globe winners hardly get their respective categoies at the Oscars. The Wrestler and cast had stiff (teehee)competition this year.  I will definitely RedBox Slumdog Millionaire and Milk when they come out.  Kudos to Millionaire this year.  Remember, kids, awards shows are shams, ESPECALLY if they are put on by MTV.

Other than that, what's with Koslov persuing 'Taker?  Souldn't he persuing a personality?  Cue the rim shot...

Anyway, hope you have a good week, and tune in this Saturday.  We'll be talking about good, genuine "heat" and maybe a new segment or two.

    Horns Up!
    Chris, WRR
