Dallas Living Abroad Examiner, Lynn Farris, speaks with National Holistic Travel Examiner, Gina Alzate, about stress reducing tips to engage when moving to another country and how to effectively deal with culture shock. As a travel writer leaving in Nuevo Arenal, which is in the mountains of Costa Rica, Lynn Farris often receives questions about what is involved in moving to another country. She will cover issues such as moving yourself, your household goods including your car, getting bank accounts and communication lines back to the United States set-up, and tips on meeting people and dealing with another culture. Lynn Farris now teaches English to students grades 1 - 6 in a one room school house and the children help her with speaking Spanish.
