    Just when Jimmy Fallon got done fixing one biological imperfection, along comes another one to cramp his style.

    And it's all Robert De Niro's fault.

    On January 27, just 34 days before he succeeded Conan O’Brien as host of NBC’s Late Night, Jimmy underwent LASIK laser eye surgery to correct his vision. Now he reveals that he’s got to see another medical pro for what appear to be overactive sweat glands.

    “I was sweating a lot my first show out. I was interviewing De Niro. I was just so nervous and excited. It was such a big night for me," he tells host Brett Cohen.

    "Clearly, I have no control over my glands. So I have to go get that checked. That’s the truth,” he adds.

    Jimmy later says that his profusion of perspiration led him to kick caffeine: “My producer was laughing at me. He was like, ‘I’ve never seen anyone sweat this much. This is hilarious.' “So we made the studio colder, just to help me out. It calmed my nerves down, too. I haven’t really drank coffee since that day.”

    Also during the interview, Jimmy tells Brett: Why he wants to know if there’s “a Girl Scout out there who needs my help,” why he settled on a bowling roll as his signature monologue move, why he believes he’s getting better at beer pong, and whether or not (Conan be damned) he's setting his sights on Tonight Show hosting duties.

    Nadine Velazquez stars as 'Catalina,' the sexy hotel maid and stripper with a heart of gold, on NBC's hit comedy series "My Name is Earl," opposite Jason Lee and Jaime Pressley.
    Velazquez was born and raised in Chicago, IL. A middle child in a family of three girls, she dreamed of being a ballerina and prepared by doing flips off the bed and practicing splits in her Sunday best. It wasn't until she was 13 that she wanted to follow in the footsteps of her idols Punky Brewster, Webster and Annie; to do so she either had to become an orphan or turn to acting. Velazquez booked her first job, a McDonald's commercial, while attending Columbia College in Chicago, and she never looked back.
    Velazquez spent her first three years in Hollywood honing her skills in projects such as "Biker Boyz," "Chasing Papi," "Sueno," HBO's "Entourage," "The Bold and the Beautiful," Las Vegas," and "The Last Word" with Dennis Hopper. Most recently she was seen in the Lions Gate feature film, "War" alongside Jason Statham and Jet Li. In addition to this action thriller and in the lead role on A&E's original movie, "Kings of South Beach," in which she portrays the real life party socialite, Ingrid Casares, opposite Donnie Wahlberg and Ricardo Chavira.
    Daily Variety picked the talented Velazquez as one of "Ten Actors to Watch" in their 2005 special issue, and USA Today named her "One of Five Rising Stars to Watch Closely." She was additionally picked by Entertainment Weekly for their summer "Must List," was nominated for an ALMA award for Best Supporting Actress and included in People En Espanol for its "50 Most Beautiful People."

    Nancy O'Dell is a television host and entertainment journalist.
    O'Dell currently serves as co-host of Access Hollywood, a 30-minute entertainment news program produced and syndicated by NBC Universal Domestic Television Distribution. She has been with the show since its 1996 inception, and became co-host in 1999. O'Dell serves as a contributor for NBC's Today Show and Dateline NBC. In addition, O'Dell co-hosted the Miss USA and Miss Universe competitions in 2004 and 2005, respectively. She also co-hosted the New York City St. Patrick's Day Parade on WNBC from 2004-2006. O'Dell was also the host and consulting producer of the USA Network talent competition Nashville Star over its first two seasons, but made the choice to leave the show upon its move from Saturday to Tuesday because of conflicts with her Access Hollywood schedule.
    On January 13, 2008, after the 65th Annual Golden Globe Awards were canceled as a result of the 2007–08 Writers Guild of America strike, O'Dell co-hosted NBC's 65th Annual Golden Globe Awards Winners Special with Access Hollywood co-anchor Billy Bush.

    Aziz Ansari Interview

    Aziz Ansari stars as Tom Haverford, the self-serving colleague of Leslie Knope (series star Amy Poehler) in the new NBC comedy "Parks and Recreation." The new series is a half-hour mockumentary that looks at the exciting world of local government. Ansari is poised for 2009 to be his breakout year with a new television series, a trio of films, and a headlining comedy tour. Before the new series premieres, Ansari will appear in a handful of features. He recently began production on Judd Apatow’s upcoming comedy "Funny People," opposite Adam Sandler, Seth Rogen and Jonah Hill, and also has roles in "I Love You, Man" with Paul Rudd, and opposite Rogen and Anna Faris in "Observe and Report." Ansari is best known for his role on MTV’s hit sketch comedy series, "Human Giant." The series is based around comedy sketches performed by Ansari, along with Rob Huebel and Paul Scheer. Many of their sketches have become Internet sensations and have popularized the trio with young people all across the U.S. Last year, Ansari also had a memorable guest-starring role on "Flight of the Conchords," in which he portrayed a racist fruit vendor. He can also be seen in a multi-episode arc on "Scrubs." Ansari recently announced his "Glow in the Dark" Comedy Standup Tour which will see him criss-cross the country performing his buzzed about standup act. In 2005, Rolling Stone named him their choice for Hot Standup on their annual "Hot List," and he was also awarded the Jury Award for Best Standup at the U.S. Comedy Arts Festival in Aspen in 2006.     Questlove (The Roots) Interview

He is best known as the drummer for hip hop band The Roots and has produced for artists such as Common, D'Angelo, and more recently, Al Green and Nikka Costa.
