Call in to speak with the host
How can you tell a DIY bride? “She knows what she wants and she has time to implement a lot of it. She’s on Pinterst. She’s on all the wedding-shop sites. And her entire room is filled with samples—all these pieces to her puzzle,” says Sharon Patrice of Simply Perfect Peace Events. “She has an idea of how she wants her wedding to flow. But execution is different from planning and coordinating. You can’t walk down the aisle and fix centerpieces, and make sure your cake is delivered, and tell everyone in the party where to line up,” she tells Bridal Tribe host Cynthia Williamston. “So it’s never 100 percent DIY. She eventually comes to realize how useful a wedding planner is.”
It's good to talk.
