There’s a lot of gyms, health clubs, yoga studios and so on out there. It might even be a park or high school track,” bridal-party trainer Joey Bellus tells Grooms Online host Mark Walerstein. “The key is picking one that fits your comfort level. Because when you have that, you’re more likely to go back again and again to get the job done.”
