Success begins from the bottom up. A successful community is made up of successful people. Citizens who want successful communiites must do what it takes to build success. Residents must build up their surroundings to inspire residents. Beauty must reak through every step the citizens take. When weeds, vacant lots, boarded up houses and pot holes engulf a community the adults are not inspired and the children are not being inspired. Every community need jobs for its citizens. Citizens should have jobs with disposable income. Healthcare should not be a luxury for only the wealthy. Residents need access to public and private transporation. Residents should own businesses. Major franchises in communities should hire residents. Safe streets is a community service, as is trash pick up, water and sewer services. Cities should assure every community access to recreational venues that are clean, well lit, and accessible to residents. These are necessary elements for building better communities that will lead to wealth development by its citizens.
