Pam Bilbrey is The former President of the Baptist Health Care Leadership Institute and shares her insights and experiences as a change leader with colleagues across the nation and internationally. As a consultant, coach and professional speaker she actively assists organizations in achieving greater levels of service and operational excellence. Building upon personal experiences as well as her life long obsession with the study of leadership development and organizational change Pam is able to coach organizations through the change process in a way that maximizes current strengths and yields extraordinary results. She has served as a senior consultant with several national healthcare organizations, has written numerous articles on marketing, strategic planning and leadership development and has contributed to over 30 published articles. . Pam served as editor of Leadership Excellence, a monthly magazine published in conjunction with Executive Excellence Publishing for three years. She is the co-author of the book BreakOUT: Unleash the Power of Human Capital and author of Reflections on Leadership: Rants, Raves and Realities. Her most recent book, Ordinary Greatness, is scheduled to be published by Wiley & Sons in July, 2009. During her career she has initiated two award winning national educational franchises, served as the primary author of a series of customer satisfaction instruments and developed a national customer satisfaction data center. Pam is a certified businessThink trainer. She serves on the boards of the Society for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development and the Institute for Human and Machine Cognition and was appointed by former Governor Bush to the Florida Board of Governors which oversees all state universities.
