Jerrie Dean Blade is married to her best friend-Marvin. They are blessed with two wonderful godsons and one adorable god grandson. Jerrie Dean along with four siblings grew up in Elkhart, IN., where she attended Elementary, Junior high and High school. After completing High school, she had the pleasure of working with preschoolers for eight years. The experience was rewarding watching the students grow. Jerrie Dean decided to embark on something new by enrolling in IVY Tech college for Medical Terminology courses. This endeavor landed her a job as a Medical Secretary in the hospital. Years later, the Lord decided to take her in a direction she’d never dreamed, a published author. Since then “Open Your Heart and Let The Lord Come In” and The Food is Ready Come and Eat” have changed lives in a very real way!
