Elizabeth will discuss the topic of “How to stay balanced in a modern world.” I’m sure all of us can use some great tips of how to stay more balanced in this crazy fast paced world of ours!
Besides being a fitness professional, freelance writer and workshop presenter, Elizabeth is a Master Trainer Presenter for the American Council on Exercise and BOSU. Throughout her university years she has had the opportunity to live abroad in Australia twice and study yoga in India. These pivotal travel experiences allowed her to overcome stress and negative barriers that blocked her road to success where she now integrates her three passions fitness, travel and the outdoors in her career endeavors. This summer she will launch her e-book and share her story on how she overcame stress and illness by studying yoga in India to find herself and balance. She currently resides in Seattle, Washington where she is coordinating the Alaskan "Destination: A Better You" Cruise for summer 2014.
