With 34 years of weight loss coaching experience she has worked with over 3000 people helping them to bring about the desired change they want in their life.Jillian’s interest in food (Carbohydrates in particular) and its impact/implications on the body was intensified when her 9 year old daughter was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. Her role in her daughter’s condition was to calculate the amount of Carbohydrate she consumed at every meal and give her the relevant amount of Insulin required. This led her on the path to develop a simple yet effective method to apply the mind, body, and food concepts for herself and her clients.
