Renea Miller has been coaching for nearly two decades as a manager, mentor, team leader, colleague and now full-time coach.  She has 16 years of Fortune 500 experience in IT Service Delivery Management, Project Portfolio Management, Program & Project Management, and Distributed Services Engineering, Operations & Support.  She has successfully developed and led teams as small as 8, and as large & complex as 200.  She shares with clients a wealth of knowledge and experience in leadership, team building, interviewing, negotiation, stress management, global resource & vendor management, project management, process improvement, organizational change, and staff development.  She now also brings her latest experience as career changer, expat and entrepreneur.
