Dr. Cottle believes that spirituality in business serves to develop a productive economic entity. It facilitates customer relations, employee - employer relationship, and employees connectedness to the business.

There is anecdotal evidence that shows that some women in business never achieve financial freedom because of their limiting belief about money. Their limiting belief about money is often tied into the low self-concept that they have. There perception of money not only affect their financial success but it also affect other women in the market place. The role of society and parenting that they receive, play a pivotal role in shaping their thinking. Dr. Cottle believes that these two social vehicles foster the negative relationship with money that some women have. This discussion will show that women with this perception and attitude can be healed. The show will focus on how women can develop a positive relationship with money by using an approach that looks at spirituality, a change in one's mindset (perception) and confidence building.
