Kiki Layne is an aspiring actress and model from Cincinnati, OH. She attended the School for Creative and Performing Arts in Cincinnati, and now attends DePaul University in Chicago, IL, where she majors in acting. She began her theatrical studies in the fourth grade. Kiki loves all forms of acting, but her favorite is voice over. She enjoys hearing her voice attached to an animated character that looks nothing like her or making an audience imagine what face is attached to the voice they hear. Kiki began modeling when she auditioned for a local talent agency in Cincinnati in the ninth grade. Prior to that, she had never really thought of being a model, but people kept encouraging her to do it because of her height; she is 5’9. As a model, her biggest influence is Tyra Banks because Tyra has remained grounded despite being a very successful supermodel and she also helps other models start their careers through America’s Next Top Model. Kiki enjoys photo shoots, but her favorite thing to do as a model is fashion shows. She enjoys the adrenaline rush that comes with knowing that all eyes are on her. And her runway walk is fierce! In addition to modeling and acting, Kiki also sings, writes songs, and plays the flute and trumpet. For now, she is putting most of her efforts into developing her modeling and acting careers, and she is hopeful that she will be able to involve her musical talents later in her career. Kiki is very excited to be in the Top 3 of Ms. Bella’s contest and feels confident that her character and talent will make her shine among the other girls and that she will be chosen to represent Bella Dream Hair.
