Everyone loves great food! Chef Apple is an accomplished Executive Chef, Restaurant Consultant, Photographer, Cookbook Author and Designer based in Baltimore, Maryland. She has cooked for many notable celebrities, personalities and public figures to include: Tom Clancy (Best-selling author) – who swears by her Chilean Sea bass, Michael Phelps (Olympic Gold Medalist and World Record holder), The Prime Minister of The Bahamas; The Right Honorable Hubert A. Ingraham, The Ambassador of The Bahamas Embassy in Washington, DC; C. A. Smith, David Copperfield – Illusionist. Chef Apple is also the Creator and Owner of 6 Acres-Fancy & Staple: Catering and Desserts, a full service catering company located in Baltimore City, Maryland specializing in elegant food and artistic presentation. Apple attended Aquinas College and has experience and skills in Cuban, Italian, French, American, Latin, Spanish, Caribbean, Bahamian, Vietnamese, Mediterranean, Japanese, Chinese and fine-dining cuisine along with other skills such as hiring, training and managing kitchen staff, creating programs that improve quality control, efficiency and resource allocation with primary focus on profitability.
