Our Special guest host this evening is Vanessa James of VanessaJamesMedia.com, media personality, host and National voice over talent, formerly of WBWT 103.5 The Beat Miami! All the greats started out as songwriters: Stevie Wonder, Marvin Gaye, Smokey Robinson, Lionel Richie, Michael Jackson. It all goes hand in hand. It’s just that some people take their talent to the next level. Think of it as different levels of education: some people stop after high school, some people stop their education after 4 years of college, some people go to graduate school. It’s on you when to decide to stop. There’s no way that I’m stopping. I have no other reason to live but to sing, perform, write, and produce hits.” Firm words. One might think a discography akin to a red carpet roll call —Beyonce, Britney Spears, Jay-Z, Mary J. Blige, Enrique Iglesias,Janet Jackson, Fergie, et al— might inspire complacency. Its very important for Sean Garrett to give back to the Community. Sean has been a part of a 3 year project promoting the book “Saving Our Daughters” author Curtis Benjamin, giving away books and sponsoring toy drives at the Boys and Girls Club and neighborhood elementary schools. Sean Garrett know the importance of Giving back to the Community as he was a product of the community growing up in Atlanta, Georgia (Campbelton Rd) and was a member of The Boys and Girls Club as a Youth Growing up himself. Sean Garrett has recently been back in the Studio working on his Fall release new Album “Courtesy Of”. Also, recently in the studio working with artists as Rhianna , Justin Bieber and Khalil to name a few. He’s also writing and producing future film projects as well. This man certainly has an impeccable work ethic that keeps his hits at the top of the Charts.
