Tonight's special guest is Kathlene Mullins! Kathlene is the founder and CEO of Female Equality Matters- a fresh new approach to cracking the glass ceiling by reviewing companies outcomes with respect to gender parity in the workplace and allowing consumers to vote with their dollars for companies that value women as talent, not only consumers. As a new entrepreneur, Kathlene hopes that her years of experience in HR at companies such as General Electric, Nationwide Insurance and Cardinal Health will allow her to provide not only the Female Equality Matters certification where appropriate, but also forthright insight into which steps and situations make for the most meaningful milestones in a typical career path up the ladder. Kathlene holds a Master's of Labor and Human Resources as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, both from The Ohio State University. Further, she has earned the coveted Senior Professional in Human Resources Certification from the Society for Human Resources Management. While she hopes that all of these experiences and qualifications help her to make Female Equality Matters a great company, what she most certainly knows is that she has a tremendous amount to learn.
