I was born in Venice, Florida and reared in suburban northern New Jersey. I returned to Florida, graduated from Charlotte High School and then went on to the University of Florida GO GATORS! I stayed at UF for 18 years – 13 years of which were serving as Assistant Director and Chief Operating Officer for the Florida Foundation for Future Scientists administering programs for high-ability precollege students on campus and throughout the state. I also served a year as an Assistant Director for the UF Registrar’s office during which I helped edit the UF undergraduate catalog and 17 college admission brochures, reconciled UF’s Curriculum to the State’s common course numbering system and designed an accounting program for the Registrar’s office to track fund and cash accounting. Relocated next to the Tampa Bay area and was an Operations and Management Consultant II for the Florida Department of Environmental Protection’s Florida Marine Research Institute and then segued into marketing and moved forward into my present career in financial services, now in my 14th year. I earned my CFP in 2006 after completing the 2-year program of study in a 6 month advanced accelerated course. I opened my independent practice in February of this year. I’m a registered representative and offer Securities and Advisory Services through Commonwealth Financial Network®, Member FINRA, SIPC, a Registered Investment Adviser. Sherri Strazz is a commercial real estate agent with the firm of Klein & Heuchan Inc., in Clearwater Florida. Sherri is a member of the Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of Realtors (FCGAR) and a recipient in 2007 and 2008 of the FCGAR Pinnacle Award for outstanding achievement in commercial real estate sales and leasing... Sherri completed over 15 million dollars in commercial real estate transactions in the Tampa Bay area. Sherri thrives in helping others applying her knowledge, communication, attention to detail and problem resolution skills.
Sherri is a business woman, a wife, a mother to 24 year old Krista, a daughter and a cancer survivor.
Sherri and her husband, Robert moved to Florida in 2003 from Portland, Oregon where Sherri was an Asst. Vice President at a Fortune 400 Company, during her 26 year corporate career she received numerous Presidents honors, awards and national recognition for her abilities.
In June of 2004 Sherri transitioned from her corporate career to her independent commercial real estate agent career, during that month of change and transition Sherri was diagnosed with stage III endometrial carcinoma uterine cancer.
