"If it isn't love,Why do I feel this way?
Why do they stay on my mind?
If it isn't love,Why does it hurt so bad?

Feeling lovable, loving and loved are all probably reasonable labels for emotions that flow out of love itself. Those feelings may come and go but the love that underlies them is probably most accurately understood as stable, dependable and consistently present, not temporary.
