Community Spotlight: Wolfdog Husbandry featuring Phil Young

On this episode of Wolfdog Radio our Hosts Kat Wolfdancer and Christa Downey will be discussing the basics of animal Husbandry as it applies to responsible wolfdog ownership.

We'll be having a special guest with us, Phil Young, to share some of his experiences and challenges, as well as a Listener Call-In session.

Now, basic animal husbandry includes: (by definition) housing,containment, shelter, diet, feeding, grooming, enrichment, as well as Vet care, education about general health issues, vaccine and worming protocols, basic training and manners. While many of the same things that apply to your average dog can also apply to a wolfdog, there are other unique issues as well just because they are......WOLFDOGS!
