Spot Light on Business with Dr. Fleming

Advocates say: Initiative #42 would protect each child's right to education by amending the Mississippi Constitution to require that the State legislature must fund an adequate and efficient system of free public schools. 

Opponents say: 42 is nothing more than a trial lawyer's free for all. By turning education over to the chancery courts of this State to enforce this section; it places public education into the hands of a judge.
