Inner Voice Intuitive Hour welcomes Lora Hart Doula

Lets see... I'm a mother. I have been a single mother most of my life. I was on my own very early in life and have made my own world with my own reality. I've had lots of adventure. I built a strong nest. I went to nursing school and ended up working night shifts in Oncology, a floor of mainly hospice patients. I was good at helping people feel comforted. I felt like I was very connected to those people. A little in this world, a little in the other. I seemed to know how to meet them where they were, in between. It was in that space, I felt I as though I had some strange private access to that part of the crossing. This is what makes me a good birth doula. So, I care for women who are giving birth. I hold the hands, wipe the foreheads, help them move into positions they need to be in, I help them re-connect with their baby, I help them hear themselves. I do whatever is necessary to help them remember & carry out the process. I am studying midwifery and should be certified to do the catching by next year. http://lorahartbirthdoula.vpweb.com/
