Lori is licensed in both Washington and Oregon. Just after Lori’s 5th birthday a tragic fire burned down her family home.  This tragedy affected Lori to where a home is not just brick and mortar to her and “real estate” means much more than a transaction.   Lori began her career in Southwest Washington, marketing and selling residential, commercial, and, development properties. Lori transitioned into owning her own offices and managing real estate offices. Lori's offices and the agents she trained consistently won performance awards for high sales volume and production. This is no easy task for a single mother with three daughters! In the early 90's Lori moved to the Bay Area of California to be near her family. There Lori began a small business called "Deliberate Focus" which trained in all aspects of real estate. In the late 90's when her daughters were becoming teenagers she moved back to Washington to find better schools for the girls and there she managed a 70 agent Century 21 office in Vancouver.  She soon became a Certified National Trainer for Real Net Real Estate Training Services traveling all around Washington and Oregon leading Real Estate Seminars and Classes. Lori’s girls are now beautiful grown women and Lori finally found “Mr. Right” (Jay Hinrichs). She is currently focusing on marketing and selling real estate! Lori has continued to be a top producing, knowledgeable Broker! He was able to break the golden handcuffs, leave the corporate world behind in October 1994, and devote his energy full time to real estate. What started as a part-time venture developed into a passion for structuring deals, developing creative financing, and working with people to solve their problems.   Ann worked for Delta Air Lines for 24 years, where she and Danny met. She then moved on to the consulting world to work for IBM and several smaller companies in the information technology “boom years”. She was able to leave the corporate world and join Danny full time in 2001. Ann shares Danny’s passion for real estate, but her focus is more on the technology and office side of the company. Shannon has been seeing an increasing trend in the business sector that owners are seeking advice and guidance regarding overall business affairs.  They want to talk with someone who understands what it is to run a business and are looking for someone that can provide some answers to nagging day to day issues that come up.  These can be complex technical issues but also very basic struggles or road blocks that their expertise just isn’t familiar with. In this interview, Shannon will discuss tax planning strategies and her 10 step approach to improving small businesses for business owners at an impasse.  These 10 steps are based on these issues owners have been coming to here with over the past several years.  The focus of which is how to make their business better.  To contact Shannon, please visitwww.reicheltcpa.com. 00:47:00wisewomenradionoLisa Moren Bromma,Wise Women Radio,Shannon Reichelt,Tax Planning,Small Business EducationJoin Lisa Moren Bromma as she interviews Shannon Reichelt, the owner of S. Nancy’s practice focuses on protecting the family, business and real estate of her clients through strategic estate and business planning.  What she often finds is that people are always investigating how to protect their assets, but fail to take the steps necessary to protect their children.  If you are a family with young children, your estate plan must begin with a foundation that ensures your children are taken care of, no matter what happens. Most parents with minor children have failed to even do the basic – name a guardian for their children.  They are leaving that very, very important decision up to the courts.  They are potentially subjecting their children to a long, heart-wrenching custody battleat a time when they will need calm and certainty.  And if that’s not bad enough, they are possibly subjecting them to child protective services or foster care until the courts can sort things out.  And, by the way, do you want you kids owning your assets when they are 18?  How about having half your assets go to your kid’s divorcing spouse?  In this interview, Nancy will discuss how to protect your kids and the legacy that you are building for them.  To learn more about Nancy, visit her website at www.chillag.com.   00:48:00wisewomenradionoLisa Moren Bromma,Wise Women Radio,Nancy Chillag,Estate Planning,GuardianshipJoin Lisa Moren Bromma as she interviews Nancy Chillag, an attorney and founder of Chillag & Associates, a law firm located in Menlo Park, California.  In aLori Greymont: Swimming upstream in a downstream societyhttp://www.blogtalkradio.com/wisewomenradio/2011/11/29/lori-greymont-swimming-upstream-in-a-downstream-societyEducationhttp://www.blogtalkradio.com/wisewomenradio/2011/11/29/lori-greymont-swimming-upstream-in-a-downstream-society/#commentshttp://www.blogtalkradio.com/wisewomenradio/2011/11/29/lori-greymont-swimming-upstream-in-a-downstream-societyTue, 29 Nov 2011 15:00:00 GMTLori Greymont: Swimming upstream in a downstream society   Join Lisa Moren Bromma as she interviews Lori Greymont, founderand Chief Executive Officer of Summit Assets Group.
