The libertarian Perspective on Laws that Punish Good People

Loki and I have noticed a disturbing trend amongst lawmakers.  There is a strong trend amongst lawmakers in various states to pass laws designed to punish law abiding citizens for obeying the law or for passing state initiatives which the legislators don't like.  Tonight, on The libertarian Perspective, Loki is going to discuss some of those laws with you and explain what we can do about them.  We are also going to discuss the abuse of power in the Oregon Legislature through the abuse of the Emergency Clause.
