I started off today on a call with a friend at 5:30am. As soon as I wake up each morning, I spring out of bed, ready to face another exciting day.

I set up the sites, get them rolling and then my partners do 90% of the work... and they often oursource most of it.

The secret is to not spend too much time over-analyzing it.
