Yikes - Getting Sued!

That has to be one of every online business person's
greatest concerns.  Yet, with the proper business
structure, it's MUCH less of a concern.

The rich have a saying, "Own nothing, do nothing."

That saying means that they generally spread their
assets across numerous entities, so that if they
get sued, the ones that "do things"... conducts
business, generally don't own the assets, and the
ones that own assets "do nothing"... don't conduct
business.

The net result is that the entity most-likely to
get sued own no assets.

Many internet marketers have their business in the
worse type of legal entity... generally a sole
proprietorship.
