My Little Online Vending Machines - Making Me Money Day And Night

I'm often asked in online interviews what my business
model is.  A big part of it is building a real business,
with real value - something that I could someday sell
    if I choose to.

Another part of it is diversification.  That way, I'm
not as suseptible to changing economics conditions,
consumer tastes, or technological changes.  So, I am
in a lot of different niches.

Another part of it is that I use what my friend Yanik
Silver describes as having a lot of Coke machines all
    over the place.

Yanik explains that when you have little vending machines
all over the place, you don't make a fortune off of
each sale, but if those vending machines go on making
sales day and night, and you make just a little off
of each one, it can really add up.

So, I have lots of sites that sell things as simple
as audio recordings of interviews. Some of those sites
sell a single audio or ebook. However, they are my
little Coke machines, only better since I don't have
to restock them... or visit them to collect the money.

That's part of why I purchased and set up the FIFTY
    niche websites in this package:
    http://VirtualRealEstateNicheWebsitesCollection.com

After I set up those websites, plus another 50, and I
did that all over a 2-day period, I had another 100+
Coke machines out there making me money day and night.

As you can see, I don't generally do things that are
too labor intensive. In fact, most of the WORK in my
business is outsourced.  I have others, who are much
better at it, do things like:
    - tech support/customer service
    - graphics
    - programming
    - data entry for my portal websites

I do the things that I'm good at, and only then if
it's something that I really enjoy.  I insist that life
    be enjoyable.

So, I guess that's my business model.  Enjoying life
which collecting the revenue from my strategically
    deployed "Coke machines."

It's a model that works for me :-)

    Willie
