I'm sitting here watching Hurricane Gustav, and
wondering if I'll end up evacuating sometime over
the next 2 days.

In case I decide not to, and Gustav does come through
Navarre, Florida (as have numerous hurricanes over the
past few years) I have lots of gas, food, batteries,
bottled water, and a generator.

Life could get rustic but not intolerable :-)

Earlier today, I was chatting with a friend, and I
told her that even if we ended up evacuating in the
path of the storm, it no longer would impact my
business. You see, as long I have gas in my car, and
am in-range of a cellphone tower, I can run my online
business.

I have a cigarette lighter adapter that can power my
laptop, and I have a Verizon USB727 wireless card.
So, I can literally be sitting at some rest stop
somewhere, waiting for the storm to pass though, and
still continue working if I choose to.

That's not what this email is about though... but it
does tie in.
