Barry Bonds: I'm so over it

As I was saying on my radio show this morning I hope this'll be the last time that I will have to talk about Barry Bonds. I am sure I will hear plenty about it on TV after today but I am moving on. I'm going to give my last shout out to a guy that might or might not have steroids on purpose.

As you look at everything that the government has against Barry Bonds it does seem as if he is guilty of perjury and obstruction of justice. It's not that, he is guilty of taking steroids. I know there are plenty of other players have done the exact same thing but they probably are holding any truly valuable records.

The homerun record is one of those records that everyone seems to know about. Most people that don't even know a lot about sports seem to know who has the most home runs that season or who has the most home runs ever. And now more than ever will people know who's opening the homerun record in baseball. This is not just going to stay on ESPN and other sports channels. It is leaking out to other mediums that don't usually covers sports like CNN, Fox News, and MSNBC.

I am not sure why someone would take a cream from someone that is told that his flax seed oil and use it for the purpose of healing quicker. You would think that Barry Bonds or any other player just like Marion Jones would have looked up on the Internet or talk to another person about what exactly flax seed oil is. They both are obviously saying they didn't find out what it really was but maybe a year to year and a half later after using it.

I'm sorry, but it was me I would figured out what it really was that was taking. I'm not sure many people just take something that is given to them without asking another person were looking it up on the Internet. Marion Jones was told by her trainer supposedly to not tell anyone about it because you don't want anyone else to heal as fast as you. Right there should've been a red flag. I can't help but wonder if she had the same red flag in her head also. Will probably never know she was just using that as an excuse to why she took steroids or if she really knew she was taking them but was told to use that as a reason.

That's where it comes back to this Barry Bonds issue. He probably was told by his trainer Anderson to just say that it is flax seed oil or that is what he was told when he used it. I'm guessing he was probably told me to use that as his reason.

And also, why is the Anderson willing to talk in court. I'm guessing the government already knows what he knows but that he won't go in front of a jury and actually say it. That's probably most likely why the government continue to push and find a why to indict Barry bonds.

Most of us are getting the same feeling that Barry Bonds is guilty and that he did knowingly use steroids and that Anderson was the one that gave them to him. We all know that he is guilty because Anderson will not testify. Anderson could decide to testify but he knows if he lies that what he will be held to perjury also and so he probably doesn't want to take the chance. Automatically that tells us that Anderson is staying in jail so that he does not have to tell the truth about Barry bonds and lying to the government.

If I get all the right messages from all the signs and they are really true, then Barry Bonds is guilty. But I refuse to say that Barry Bonds is 100% guilty because he is innocent until that time. It is sad that they only went after Barry Bonds and not the rest of the players that also testified in front of the grand jury. As we know though, most of the people probably did tell the truth when they were in court that day otherwise they gave a comment like Mark McGwire said, "I am not here to talk about steroids." WRONG!

As Dick Vitale says, "Stand up, be a man!"
