At 11pm EST we will be interviewing Matt Spinks, owner and manager of Fire House Tea & Coffee Café. Fire House is new in Fort Wayne, IN USA and specifically in the original East State Village area! They meet the need of the growing number of tea drinkers in the North-east Indiana area by providing the highest quality teas from around the world in a friendly café atmosphere. As well as selling the widest variety of loose-leaf fine teas in the region. The Fire House Tea & Coffee Café was started by a group of family and friends from the Fort Wayne area. With a genuine desire to see the holistic growth of their community, they set off to change the world. Believing in the power of a 'small group of thoughtful, committed citizens' this group of friends formed The Fire House Projects, a 501c3 non-profit organization with a goal of local community transformation.
