Meg Sullivan is the Co-Owner of Whole Food Love, a whole food nutrition company. Meg’s focus has been assisting busy women with the food planning and preparation portion of their busy lives while also teaching them how to prioritize themselves.
After working long hours in Corporate America as a CPA, Meg knows how challenging it can be to make nourishing food a priority. After leaving Corporate America, she pursued her love of Pilates and became a Certified Pilates Instructor. Shortly after, she opened her own Post Rehabilitative Pilates practice where she was introduced to several other modalities including nutrition and food therapy. Whole Food Love believes that there are several factors to health and wellness and that improving what we put into our bodies brings us one step closer to being our Optimal Selves!
