Russ believes that men have been sold a pack of lies. Be Strong, Do Not Show Emotion, Suck It Up. All this does is eat away at you from the inside. Men need to come together and and create a conversation about how to do things differently in an effort to save our marriages and our families. It all starts with building trust among ourselves.

Russ is the Author of Duct Tape Won’t Fix This and an 8-year cancer hospice volunteer. He is co-founder and leader of a men’s support group that has been together for 26 years.
