Heidi Schwartz is VP, Strategic Alliances and Business Development at The Giddy Gander Company LLC and is responsible for all licensing opportunities and successfully growing the Wumbler property. Heidi has extensive experience within the licensing, marketing and sales arenas within the consumer products industry. In her words: Quite frankly, I love getting older. I guess it is because I am quite happy with where I have been, all that I have learned, and where I am going. Yes, I had rough times but one of the great things about getting older is that the experience builds confidence and security in oneself. Fear is exchanged for assurance. Living life to the fullest takes on depth and meaning as a result of realizations you do not have when you are young. Having buried my first husband (unexpectedly) over seven years ago, life's value to me become quite prominent in how I lived everyday from that point. Raising four children alone, transitioning two jointly owned companies (myself and my late husband), launching a third, highly successful company, then remarrying (not such a good decision). and becoming pregnant with my fifth child (a very good decision) only to face raising this child on my own as well....all of this has made me who I am - a wise and happy woman with steadfast feet and a forgiving, adventurous nature. Understanding how the mind, body, and soul connect has provided me optimum emotional, physical, and intellectual health." For Heidi changing the face of aging means choosing to be happy....to never stop growing....and to learn to make lemonade from lemons. Life is too short to do anything else.
