Talking with artist, speaker and teacher Toni Quest

Toni Quest is a self described renaissance woman. A self-taught painter, sculptor, teacher, published poet, host of her own Internet radio talk show Screaming Woman® on Passionate Internet Voices Radio and is now exploring the world of merchandising and commerce. She wants to use her innate talents and abilities to provoke thought and inspire communication about our relationship to others and the world around us. TQ has used her artistic inclinations, which she has incorporated into an instructional design she has termed “self actualizing portraiture,” to overcome the physical and emotional limitations of Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). She has used this same technique to assist others in similar ways. According to Toni“teaching has been a wonderful vehicle in which to extend myself to help others achieve their goals. Having taught children, teens and adults from ages six to 95, I have come to believe teaching is a calling which I have chosen to answer." In 2008, TQ extended her outreach and impact by launching her own Internet radio talk show, Screaming Woman®, on www.internetvoicesradio.com the Internet talk radio network operated by fellow author, Lillian Cauldwell where she interview artists, musicians, authors and others affiliated with the arts because of her respect, amazement and empathy for creative thinkers who deserve to be heard and understood. Her talk show allows me to provide a much needed platform for the artistic community.
