Jennifer Nettles

Since Sugarland exploded onto the music scene in ’04, they have sold over nine million records, achieved eight No. 1 singles, and won numerous awards; Nettles has won five ASCAP awards for her songwriting abilities, and in 2008 individually received a Grammy Award, ACM Award and CMA Award for penning the emotionally charged, platinum-selling No. 1 hit “Stay.”

She has been seen all over the media spectrum, with performances ranging from President Barack Obama’s inauguration celebration to Oprah, The Kennedy Center Honors, and VH1 Divas: Salute The Troops. Most recently, Nettles treated fans to a show-stopping performance of “You and I” with Lady Gaga at the 2011 ‘Grammy Nominations Live’ concert.

Mary Bruce

Mary began her journey in 1995 with a semester of yoga at Scottsdale Community College from Julie Crutchfield. She received her first teacher training certification and began teaching in 1997. Mary's enthusiasm and thirst for knowledge continued. She found her teacher Rod Stryker literally at the same time at a Yoga Journal Conference in Estes Park, Colorado in 1998, and has studied with him intensely, immersing herself in his presence since then.

Mary is an ERYT 500 registered yoga alliance teacher, a senior student of Rod Stryker's and a Level II Certified Para Yoga® Teacher. The synthesis of biomechanical principles of alignment, along with heart-centered themes and the lineage and depth of knowledge of energetics of Tantric Hatha in the Para Yoga® style, is a complete yoga.
