Whether formal education or coaching/teaching, Randy is continually sharing “best practices” that will benefit the individual and assist them in achieving their personal goals.  Randy has earned a MBA from Temple University, completed post-graduate work at Kellogg School of Management-Northwestern University, and has several coaching certifications associated with his credentials and is finishing up a semester as a faculty member at Elon University where he taught in the Love School of Business. Randy's unique approach towards business options and problem solutions has been utilized over the years to help business owners think “outside the box”.  Most business owners have a couple of options to consider; the challenge is determining the “best” option for the desired outcome. Randy has a passion for work-life balance and it is reflected in his philosophy and coaching style.
