We all need help at some point in our lives.  Some of us are open to it and others of us will go down in flames by themselves.  Help doesn't mean you are weak, it means you are strong enough to know that you may need support.  Giving help to those who need it doesn't mean you have to give until you no longer have, but give what is comfortable for you....
