    Your Body is a Temple

"Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your body," (1 Cor. 6:19-20).

To different people this scripture may mean different things.  It may mean you should have sex before marriage or smoke or drink alcohol.  It may also mean you shouldn't disfigure it with tatoos or plastic surgery.  To me, it means ALL of those things including the type and quality of food you eat.

Health and wellness is a billion dollar industry because people are always TRYING to lgo on diets and lose weight but it could be the problem is they're focused on the incorrect way of doing it.

Nutrition Therapy Practioner Sandi Thompson will talk about the importance of eating "real food" and the impact it has on your entire life on the next edition of Whatever! Live on BlogTalk Radio today at noon EST.
