Take a close look at a collection of my work and you will find a virtual catalogue of textures, colors and metalsmithing skills. The component/collage based methods I employ in building my pieces allow me to stretch my work’s visual vocabulary between the traditional goldsmithing that I studied during my years in Italy to the more contemporary metalworking I continue to explore here in the US’. Zeppellini adds: ‘By working with many different techniques I am never bored by any of my studio work and the pieces are always fresh and evolving.
