Joe Di Giovanni and Barbara DeGeorge speak to the their concerns over the Broad Street Municipal Garage in Mount vernon. They may attend the show from 10-10:30 or from 11-11:30am. If at the earlier hour, Hezi Aris will cover the local topic during the second hour of the broadcast day.
