Greenburgh Town Supervisor Paul Feiner reviews the angish suffered by the residents of the Town, their suffering Hurricane Sandy's wrath, their travail as exacerbated by Con Edison's inability to respond effectively, the fear it instilled, the lessons learned, Greenburgh's resolve and will to endure, testimony to the empathy and compassion of unknown neighbors who helped, and the stellar conduct of Supervisor Feiner's organizational skills that enabled the town to surmount the challenges that befell them.
