A dynamic speaker, Olympian and health motivator, Catherine Garceau (Cat) shares her journey of discovery in the form of education, inspiration and empowerment for a way out of eating disorders and depression. "Forget Recovery, We Say Discovery!"... Bringing together the important physical, emotional, mental and spiritual components of whole being nourishment, Cat's Wellness Olympiad Home Study Program helps women like her, better understand the 'whole' picture and create their own unique blueprint to wellness. This radio show is Cat's outreach and extension of the Wellness Olympiad teachings, helping to foster 'Soul healing' as the most important aspect in recovery...(oops! that is DISCOVERY!) Appealing to women of all ages, Cat reveals the many insights she wished she had in her early 20’s, when negative thoughts and habits became a 'disorder' that would take her a decade to overcome.
