Our timing may be perfect as we broadcast right before Easter on good carbs vs bad carbs. In the 2000's after the "War on Fat" subsided we turned our attention to carbs. Carbs became the vilian after the release of Atkins, South Beach Diet and in some ways the Paleo Diet. All of the sudden people are just supposed to eat meat without bread, grains and in some cases vegetables. The problem is our bodies need carbs!
