I offer support for those who have tried everything under the sun to lose weight, those who are having a tough time, and do not know which way to turn now. For those who are over 250 pounds, and upwards who just cannot figure out where else to go. I have been there, I know how difficult it is to have no one that cares, I care. I will listen. I will offer advice if I feel it can be offered. I am NO expert. I had Roux en Y gastric bypass surgery, and had complications, I do not EVER tell anyone they should have surgery, but I might ask you to research that possibility. I am 37, American living in beautiful England. I had a light stroke and suffer with cerebral palsy, the eat less exercise more , did not work for me. I went to the doctor, and he pretty much did the typical we do not know what you can do. Try this try that. My mom in Ohio, had surgery in 2004, and I saw her when I flew home in May 2005, 1 year later. I was amazed at what she had done. Bypass surgery is very serious, and in my humble opinion it should be well thought out, and well researched, No matter if you having the band, the bypass or lifestyle changes.
