I offer support for those who have tried everything under the sun to lose weight, those who are having a tough time, and do not know which way to turn now. For those who are over 250 pounds, and upwards who just cannot figure out where else to go. I have been there, I know how difficult it is to have no one that cares, I care. I will listen. I will offer advice if I feel it can be offered. I am NO expert. I had Roux en Y gastric bypass surgery, and had complications, I do not EVER tell anyone they should have surgery, but I might ask you to research that possibility. I am 37, American living in beautiful England. I had a light stroke and suffer with cerebral palsy, the eat less exercise more , did not work for me. I went to the doctor, and he pretty much did the typical we do not know what you can do. Try this try that. My mom in Ohio, had surgery in 2004, and I saw her when I flew home in May 2005, 1 year later. I was amazed at what she had done. Bypass surgery is very serious, and in my humble opinion it should be well thought out, and well researched, No matter if you having the band, the bypass or lifestyle changes. Diets do not exist in my program, that word is not allowed! Diets do not work, Lifestyle changes do. Want to know more, want to talk to me? Log in , call up and get chatting.

    WE are kicking off our new radio show,  called Weight Loss Options , for people who just cannot lose weight, are you 200 plus pounds, and just can't get the weight off? or are you 300 plus pounds and thinking about baratric surgery,  want to ask questions,  we are hosting a show for you to ask those who have had surgery and who have not had surgery.

    we are going to be regular shows,  Tomorrow is our first show and may be some hiccups along the way, show lasts 15 minutes tomorrow
