Are you the parent of a child with special needs or do you know someone who is?

WebTV4Women welcomes author and speaker Jolene Philo to the show! Jolene helps parents of kids with special needs navigate the maze of educational, governmental, medical and community resources available to them. She shows extended family and friends simple and practical ways to support and encourage them.

Today we will be discussing:
* How parents can advocate for children with doctors and educators
* How to locate and maximize available resources
* Where to find God in the midst of your child’s struggles and encourage your child’s faith
* What extended family and friends can do to support parents
