Cain; Adam's first son who tilled the ground and took care of the crops Cain, the oldest son of Adam and Eve. He brought God the best of what he did, the crops, but was rejected by God and so disappointed. He did not come to God with faith, nor the blood sacrifice and rejected what he knew God wanted. He worshiped him by sight. What he thought was right. His jealousies of Abel caused him to plot and kill his brother, making him the first murderer in the Bible. Gen 4:1-26.
