In light of the Jovan Belcher murder/suicide I think it's time to discuss issues such as emotional intelligence & the inability to control your emotions. Most importantly how are we teaching our children to deal with their emotions? Were you taught how to deal with your emotions? If so, what were you taught? Were you taught to pray the bad emotions away and suppress them? The old folks use to say, "Water burst a pipe" meaning it's the simplest things that will take you over the edge if you don't manage it properly. Is it possible to intelligently control your emotions and the emotions of others?
