Dr. Fleming Presents:Why Public Officials Refuse to live in Detroit

Lately a choir of public officials have given new meaning to the phrase: "Imported From Detroit". Seems they have taken it literally. So many people who are on the public "dole" by way of government Jobs live outside the city of Detroit that it would boggle your mind if you knew just how many. Why won't they live, shop and play in Detroit? After all, they make their mony in the city and they lament daily about how much money is leaving the city, yet when they get the opportunity, they to leave. WHY?
