Darryl Arnez (WDKK Radio)  

D.A. grew up in the musically enriched city of Philadelphia. Philadelphia, long remembered as the birthplace of many historic epics in this nation, but often forgotten as a major contributor to the American music and media climate. His father (Kae Williams Sr.) was one of the original pioneer African American broadcasters and his brother, (Kae Jr.) a major music producer and member of the first African American band (Breakwater) signed to Arista Records under Clive Davis. D.A. himself is a drummer, motivational speaker, spiritual coach, video editor and most recently CPO of Full CirKle Media Group. D.A. says “it took many years to understand the challenges that he witnessed many entertainers enduring as they were carving the musical genres, which we all take for granted today”. He has since learned that the price of innovation and progress is in fact costly. Following in the footsteps of his father, DA is pioneering his own Internet radio station (WDKK RADIO), committed to maintaining the rich musical and broadcast legacies which the pioneers fought so hard to establish. He brings a wealth of understanding about the music and radio industries, a keen sense of how internet technologies offers a unique opportunity, and a heartfelt passion that now is the time to “create” the changes in these industries so many desire. Other programming on the station focuses on the spiritual education and development of the listeners. Tune in to the broadcast for this unique experience.

    Kathy Sledge shares what's happening in her career now.




    Every generation has it's share of musical artist who set new levels of excellence and create new paths for younger artist to follow. Sister Sledge emerged out of Philadelphia and set the musical scene ablaze. With a string of hits records including,  Greatest Dancer and what has become almost a global anthem "We are Family", they set the stage for the nest generation of female groups, such as Destiny's Child.

    We are honored to have Kathy Sledge with on Freshtouch Communications to share with us how she is still expressing her gifts and reaching out to another generation of artist to mentor them in both the artistic and business areas of music.
