Chief Customer Officer. CCO. Is this a job title you have at your organization? According to Curtis Bingham, founder and executive director of the Chief Customer Officer Council, more and more companies are or need to be thinking about their customers’ experience and how to manage it, and should consider adding this title to their employee payroll.

Here, Curtis speaks with Kelly Hushin, Online Content Manager for WBR, producers of Next Generation Customer Experience, a three-day event which will bring together senior level executives across all industries to address key customer experience trends and challenges.

Curtis is a recognized authority on this evolving position, having worked with more than 75 CCO’s to help drive profitable customer loyalty. He authored the forth-coming book, “The Key to Customer Strategy: The Rise of the Chief Customer Officer” and he’ll speak at NextGen Customer Experience, which takes place May 23 - 25, 2011 at the Hyatt Century Plaza in Los Angeles.
